Thank you to the World Bank for allowing me to contribute to its Be Ready report. The report offers investors and policymakers a comprehensive analysis of the country’s regulatory framework, including its efficiency and practical implementation, and this was the first year PNG was included!

🎉 Happy (belated) Constitution Day, Nauru!

"Constitution Day is celebrated each year on 17 May with a national athletics carnival. Importantly, it is a day which commemorates the formation of the Constitution of Nauru – the supreme law of the land."

I don’t disagree with you that I don’t fully understand tariffs. It’s not my expertise. But I’m also not wrong.

Tuvalu is also a country of less than 10k people. We’re 340m. It would be virtually impossible for them to “reciprocate” our tariffs.

I’m generally suspicious of efforts like this. They sound well intentioned but the criminals aren’t stopped by laws. Those who want to manipulate elections will just find a way around the laws. Then $$ and efforts go further underground. But I’m curious how this plays out.
