Injured my incision yesterday trying to weed my strawberries. Looks like the weeds are going to have to stay in the other 4 rows. At least there's green berries.

It's been a rough winter for running temperature wise for me. Really struggled with trying to finish a 10k yesterday but did another 10k today and it was easier. The bike does not condition the same as running but consistent endurance exercise keeps you close. 🏃♀️➡️🏃♀️➡️

I struggle with running later in the day but got in 6k tonight after work since it was too cold this morning.

Weather got a little crazy on my run. 🌬🌨❄️❄️❄️ Grateful for my light up harness in the dark and in the heavy snow as I ended up with both.

Our new canvases arrived. Sort of disappointed in the lack of vibrancy of the colours. Especially next to the original.

Should be out running but it's still ridiculously cold out so instead I'm sipping cappuccino and finally reading my new book I got for Christmas in my reading nook/coffee bar/library. Might run at 4pm if it gets up to -14C

My coffee order is supposed to be delivered today. Ordered a box of the limited edition white chocolate strawberry. I will probably love it or hate it. I rarely am on the fence with any of their pods.

Still things to clean out but we officially have a home gym now instead of a spare bedroom that had just become room to dump junk out of the way.
