Sure thing. I’ll warn you though, if you haven’t done calf work in a deep stretch before, give it a few sessions of ending your sets well before failure. The DOMS is severe if you haven’t strengthened the connective tissue. It’s wild lol. But it works

Calves are like anything else. Progressive overload and hypertrophic stimulus. Straight legged calf presses on a leg press or standing press are great. Let your heel drop fully to elicit a good stretch and move slowly. 3 x 15-20. How they “look” will depend on genetics. But you can grow them
