Had a spectacular brunch with my husband aboard the Mount Rainier Scenic Railroad today. Very cool steam locomotive excursion!
Inside the parlor car for brunch! Steam locomotive Polson Logging Co. No. 70 pulling our train. She's a 'petite' 70 ton mikado type A view of our train as it goes around a bend. Polson 70 ran around to the other end of the train for the trip back to the station. Our train featured an open aired car, two coach cars, a baggage car (restrooms, snack bar, and gift shop), and a parlor car. Souvenir stuffed raccoon wearing a train hat!
