I don’t really follow their news, but what’s their argument to justify that pardon?

I don’t look at their news, but what’s their argument to justify that pardon? Just curious to see what the other side is.

I understand that, and I agree, but their daughters were legally entitled to sponsor them as soon as any of them turned 21. It is a straight forward process that takes literally months for them to get their green card. It’s something they could’ve done 2 years ago if their oldest is 23 y/o.

But… one of their daughters could’ve sponsored them once she turned 21. Something is missing here…
