Thank you. I really like the way you have listed the support you provide and the timeframes. There are areas you list which I clearly need to develop my skills in and this is helpful for me also. As the solo teaching librarian for my institution, capacity is also a factor for me personally.

Can I ask what your level of involvement is as a co-author? I struggle with this myself and end up just asking to be acknowledged, even when I’ve developed and run the searches. Thank you.

I had this happen yesterday. When I clicked on ‘Track Status’ there was a RIS file I had to then click on and then the results downloaded.
