Even aside from the AI I have literally no idea what people see in this games. It looks like a hodgepoge of off the rack assets with a laughably threadbear hook. Insanely mediocre.

What does this man do for work? From what we've seen before he always does this. Hops on a platform and drops an insane amount of money just so he can justify being a stalking harassing jerk to the dev team and treat it like he owns it.

Even going back and playing Yakuza 0, 1 and 2 Im shocked by how of the moment they feel and how they always know where their punches are aimed and its almost always up in the face of power players in Japaneae society

Same people who thought Jordan Belfort, Joker and Tyler Durdan were the heroes of their story. They are the problem. People have to spell out their messages because these people are dumb and keep misinterpreting them so they dont have to change their worldview

At the same time, where it is subtle, the exploration of where Hinako as a character stands in relationship to these things, what's actually going on and how the struggle between trying to choose between what she sees as her only two paths affects her is played with perfectly subtlety and ambiguity

It doesn't mince its words about where it stands on domestic abuse, women's bodily autonomy or patriarchical power structures and thats great because its clarity and bluntness in addressing these things makes them impossible for bad faith actors to ignore or misinterpret
