In-store appearances - Bob Marley signed my Exodus album at Tower Records San Francisco 1978 - I shook his hand. Sadly, some years later, I left it behind😔!

Old childhood haunts (Lydney born!). A planned response to the question "Do you believe in God?" that I'd never got around to using is, "Yes, and her name is Sabrina!".

Am so sorry to hear your heartbreaking news about Teasel. A great loss for you and for Wren. We will miss her too but will remember those marvellous days you gave her at Gwyllt Hollow💕

Always paused, when passing, to admire these superbly designed cars when I lived on The Cut in the late 80's! Happy memories!

Liz Kendalls's disgraceful distortion of the truth is a further act of betrayal by Keir Starmer's government against pensioners, particularly women. He and his cabinet haven't got a clue about the struggles of most people's lives, not a clue. They're not really Labour - just masquerading.

In the 70's basic rate of income tax 30%, inflation hitting 21% but plenty of options for squatting and a fairly decent provision of social housing and private lodgings so twenty somethings, tho' often cold and a bit peckish, could get a roof over their heads. Home ownership then - a distant dream!!

Worked 46 yrs, single income only. 4 yrs as pensioner marginally ineligible for pension credit or household support fund. 24/25 triple lock shld make me £140 better off in coming year but, with Cost of Living Payment finished, will be worse off than now. Many, many baby boomers are just scraping by.
