Not entirely surprising. The sample size is still rather small, and the two losses featured ABYSMALLY poor shooting. I still think these guys should be running layup drills continuously, every minute they’re not in class, at least until 2nd semester starts.

Nothing apocalyptic about it at all. This is just typical Vikes/Lions building up of fan hopes and dreams. There’s still PLENTY of time for them to both dramatically crash out of the playoffs and emotionally destroy their fans.

If Mahomes misses the game & Netflix’ audience tanks, it will be just desserts for the NFL. The Chiefs’ schedule is absurd. No team should be expected to play on 6 different days of the week OR to play 3 games within 11 days, especially with an early bye week.
