Like to be clear, I doubt we disagree on much - I certainly agree re consulting gigs etc as I already said. I just also think that THEY think they’re terribly smart and popular, and beloved by the public

To an extent, yes - I don’t think they give a shit one way or the other about those specific groups, but they hate the Labour left. Why? Because they want to preserve the status quo; so whilst they’d rather maintain the status quo with Reform in power, they do also believe they are winning

They’re not “treating their voters like they hate them”. They DO hate traditional Labour voters. They simply have no morality and are so dumb they think that the popular choice with voters is to race the tories to the right

They believe that their policies will be popular, and they have no morality. Thankfully/sadly they’re wrong.
