There’s a middle ground of plantser too, though where you decide to identify is highly variable, some being “stricter” than others. I think it should be a fun vibes based self-assessment.

The style of communication is that HQ does things, then point to vague indicators of things they said in the past as telling you they would do these things.

Btw it's not cut off on desktop, I can see the whole word "change" now. So hopefully even if you have a fairly long email it should be able to change on desktop, if it is just a display bug on mobile. Otherwise I'd guess it's a rollout thing and might not be available everywhere quite yet.

Yeah, any toggle a user has to flip means some never will (especially if not directly on mobile). A tag that differentiates between fictitious and rl might be a useful thing, but it’s very difficult to dial that in well automatically, so I understand why, guess providing context/feeds will be key

Shit, ten minutes in and I think everybody should listen to it. If these first fundamental skills, this early joy of getting better at something and being able to see how the pieces fit together has been replaced with basically guess really hard, it's no wonder so many get frustrated and lose hope.
