This is what I keep thinking. Do people honestly think that was it? Lobbing a few softballs at a US base with ample warning? This is far from over. It may be years down the road, but the response will be much worse than this.

Now add to this the fact that these guys have been playing year round only basketball since they were 7. No breaks, no other sports to build other muscles and balance. 4/5 AAU games every weekend in the summer.

I either mute or change the channel at every halftime of an ESPN/ABC game. They are just the least compelling and worst takes I have ever heard.

Giving up Khris and especially AJ for Kuz was crazy and will look even worse in the next couple years. I get they needed an upgrade, but Kuz is in that group of players that is really never worth the risk/reward.

Oh i know I was reaching waaaay beyond reality. I think you are right any delay will be based around keeping eyes on Marathon, avoiding other big releases, or it just plain isn't ready yet.

That is what I was wondering too. They said it was mostly complete. I am wondering if they are going to tie it into Marathon itself. Cross dimensional/timeline stuff. Why promote 2 universes when you can play off 2 together? Wild swing, I know, but we know so little. I speculate!

Yep, this is where it really gained traction. Sadly my dad as he aged started to fall down this rabbit hole. It is a horrible transition to watch. At the end we couldn't discuss much unless it was about his health. Any other subject her turned into a political debate/issue.

As a white middle aged man, I can tell you that conservative media (especially radio) has been stoking fear of losing "our country" and "our way of life" for decades. My dad passed on in 2014, but as he aged he fell further and further into their traps. It was horrible to watch.
