So before a person dies, that'severyone, their executor and/or relative(s) must have their own devices always registered in order to access the deceased's accounts? From my very recent experience, this is a disaster, as not every executor is a relative.

I should add there were plenty of one way, barrier protected lanes too, and sharrowed streets. a huge and we'll thought out connected bike road network. better bike and e-bike system by far.

3. only if right turns on red for motor vehicles are restricted. was in Montreal recently, riding lanes like this all over and it was great, especially since the traffic laws supported safer driving.

Yes, but do we trust the current regime to do it well, and with what staff? I sense it's a backdoor for more control over the work. The devil will be in the details as this rolls out.

And it looks like one cannot add even a foreign component after award. These can be non-monetary relationships.

Yes, and the administration of it will be on the NIH terms, not the lead scientist. As a research admin, I don't see how a foreign sub will be efficiently monitored and reported. Who will do it after NIH is gutted further?

The group at my institution must be devastated. All this women's healthcare research, which I'd different than men's, down the drain. I saw this coming, but no less gutting.

I agree too. I tried to have conversations with my maga parents several times. There was no real personal back and forth. They would only spout back Fox news soundbites. I resorted to sending real news snips with documentation. Then they got really angry. So I stopped.
