Made ginger milk curd for the first time. It didn't turn out with 2% milk, but it did when I used cream on my second try. Not bad!

I'm quite the amature for mountain hikes still, so getting caught up in a snow storm was a bit spooky. But there's something so fun and peaceful about being up there in the snow all alone. It felt like I was on an adventure to find a wizards lair...
