Greetings from South Bend! I’ve called my elected officials weekly, no calls returned,no town halls being held. What other actions can regular people take at a local and state level to make our voices heard and prepare for 2026? Many are feeling the urge to do something but can’t figure out to do.

Anecdotal but when I spoke to people this election season about voting, the gap between what the economic data said and what they are living was insurmountable. There was no hope/excitement or belief that their tomorrow would be better by voting. Many are out here just trying to survive.

And you know I have to keep an eye on my bff😂
