Sure varying experiences, particularly for those local vs those travelling big distances by car or rail. Left home at 10am and got back at 10pm (having left game very early). Not proud of myself and goes against natural instincts but felt a needs must yesterday in the circumstances

I was HT too. Would never happen if I was local but many travel big distances so it’s a big factor when performance crap coupled with late KO, freezing weather, dark and poor transport

Genuinely think the accessibility challenges and lack of supporting travel infrastructure is meaning far more will have extra motivation to leave early (especially if result and performance is going south). And probably even worse for the later KOs

Never left a ground early until yesterday. As first visit, motivation was primarily driven by concerns/unknowns of drive getting out the city and a preference to get home after a 3 hour drive at a reasonable hour rather than endure anymore of the on pitch performance

Don’t disagree but that’s not the US mentality. Interesting to see how the reality evolves with it. Regardless, our capacity was always too low imo for a 100+ year new home. Can guarantee if TFG had been in charge when commissioning stadium, capacity would have been higher

It’s great to see but if the transport/access infrastructure isn’t properly sorted, we will be a laughing stock and prejudice future tournament selection. Pressure needs ramping up in all directions(no pun intended) to seriously uncomfortable levels
