PMMoV_RdRp assay limit of detection experiment. Photographs of one of the triplicate runs (left) and a table with symbols (“+” = positive result, “∆” = changing, “—” = negative result) of all triplicate runs (right). The first positive result was observed at t = 10 min, and the assay's detection limit was observed at t = 20 min at a concentration of 100 copies/µL. NTC = no template control, using sterile water instead of the gBlock.
