I think the error is thinking they’re getting Ibsen when apparently it says a play by Stone

That review was from the first preview. It’s now shorter & tighter. It’s not an adaptation - it’s the bare bones of Ibsen. I heard all of the cast are good esp AL, JA, the daughters etc but that AV is not confident on stage yet. Hopefully the previews will help. I look forward to seeing it in Oct.

Heard good things re everyone’s performances and potential performances. Also Stone tweaking the play - good changes made from the first preview to now. Can’t wait to see it.

I truly am not angry. I am puzzled and ashamed by what I read online. Look at the posts on this thread and what ppl have said. And this is seemingly mild to other stuff I read elsewhere. Where is the love for your fellow humans? Less hate and more love.

Her longest relationship so they clearly loved each other at one point, plus ppl change and relationships end, that’s life. In dismissing and vilifying him you are therefore doing the same to her as she chose to be in that relationship. Writing such despicable things about a stranger is shameful.
