The kids and I have been doing this "Kids Recipe a Day" book. The kids and I made Walking Shrimp Fajitas (I'm not sure that those words have ever been said before) for lunch with enough leftovers for dinner. And nobody seemed to notice that the lesson plan was full shrimp fajitas.
