So if someone wants truly native android apps, language is Kotlin, and as a UI framework, one can use XML

It's obvious, after the huge court case between google and oracle for the Java copyright infringement, they had to choose another language for Android

Recoil hasn't stopped, it's just that they won't accept external PR's as meta fired the maintainers
I haven't tried legendstate, will look out soon, documentation and building in public is the key ✨

The Zustand store is pretty simple to use, earlier I was using redux, it has store,action, reducers which made the process complex.
I've heard about jotai as well, simple but haven't tried
There's also recoil, but facebook recently archived the repo and now it's read only
