I can imagine that makes it harder. Is it really just one person?Looks like that would be 12k + 6k for the first year, which is not nothing, but if your whole team were to use it might be worth it.

Am I old fashioned, because I like to look at every structure I order? RFDiff and proteinMPNN still do obviously weird stuff sometimes, like a row of AAAA, superficial N_ or C-term seqs, exposed hydrophobics.
Do you still look at every structure before ordering it?
