Last week, we were informed that all HHS communications, including websites, news releases, social media, newsletters, and listservs from NNLM, are currently on hold. We have been instructed not to make any public-facing website updates at this time. All webinars have been canceled, and classes are paused. This week we were asked to provide a list of our listservs and communications. Today NNLM was instructed to suppress content related terms such as transgender, transsexualism, gender identity, gender expression, and gender dysphoria. We had a deadline of 3 PM ET on Friday, January 31 for this content to be hidden from public pages. Additionally, there is a directive to identify any material that "promotes gender ideology."
