Of course! I owed you for the number of times on rounds we learn from your posts! Re: the estimator in an IV analysis, the time-outcome relationship is a solid option with few assumptions. But It's not the only (or even most patient-relevant) estimator. More at doi.org/10.1136/bmj-2023-078093
