Legality is not the issue. Laws have never been an effective tool to stop Mr Badtan. He is not asking permission for anything, so why should we?

Instead we must create a new paradigm that makes this one obsolete.
And to do that, we must start with a level of being and commitment the likes of which we have never seen before. We must be bolder, more creative, and more unified so that under no uncertain terms we will not let this stand.
