Update: Someone on Reddit said to turn wifi/phone service off and navigate to the settings page on the app. Then turn service back on and delete account.
I hadn't deleted it off my iPad, so I tried it and it worked!

I just deleted the app. In order to delete my account, I had to agree to the new terms and conditions, which I will not be doing.
