Lielajām farmācijas kompānijām nav izdevīgi izārstēt cilvēkus ar īslaicīgas gēnu terapijas zālēm. Daudz izdevīgāk ir ļaut attīstīties hroniskām slimībām un tad tirgot medikamentus, kas tās ārstē.

Atzīšos, šo es nesaprotu. Vai tad burtu salikums "medem" nav latvisks, bet "mēdem" ir? Vārdi, nosaukumi taču bieži transformējas. Es reiz dzīvoju Kūku pagastā, kas cēlies no 'kūki' jeb koki latgaliski. Tad jau "Kūkas" arī vajag pārsaukt par "Kūkiem". Par to tiesāties😮
