try your best to not increase dosage until you're able to until you can talk to her (easier said than done :/), and if the cravings are unbearable you can always ask your psych if she has any advice about dealing with it while you switch off.

I know it's hard being scared dude and even if you do develop an addiction, it doesn't make you a bad person, and though we're not close, I promise you're not alone ❤️ you can get through this dude

Xanax is a pretty easy thing to get hooked on, if you're able try to talk to your doctor about trying out a different medication if you think you're developing an addiction. Try your best to only take it when needed, but if you genuinely can't resist, tell someone you trust beforehand +

It does feel like a lot of people around my age group fall only on the extreme sides of sex? Or maybe it's just easier to notice the people who are since they're more vocal? not sure!
