Sea-glass artist, die-cast restorer, hiker and cold water swimmer - seeking my inner hippy.
Friday started with a 6am swim, with ducklings and seeing a wild white rabbit, and ended with a walks and a swim. It doesn't get much better than that.

More new art. Bigger frame and larger pieces of glass than the last one. And also a cheeky little Oxpecker has landed on its horn.

Commission request. The brief was that it was a gift for someone living in France, near a beach and a particular chateau, and the person liked swallows. And they wanted a set of three pictures. Hope I've filled the requirement 🤔

Run to the sun (and seaside yesterday). Playing on the beach, hunting for sea glass and spending money in the arcades. It felt like spring had sprung.

New project - putting period correct wheels and colour on a Mk2 Ford Fiesta XR2. Currently working on trying to create the correct decals for the Mk1 🤔

This robin was just sitting outside my flat when I got back after lunch. Not intimidated by me at all.

In 1996 I bought a flat, in a chain, and the whole process, involving manual processes, took less than 8 weeks. I'm doing the same now but no chain and all searches can be done online. The estimated process time is 3 months. Why? Why does it take so long? Take my money and let me move 🤬🤷‍♂️

I'm lying in bed, listening to song birds attempt a dawn chorus, with a confused owl trying to join in, hooting in the background. It's wonderful.

Little stroll of about 10 miles today on top of the world. Well, the hills of Shropshire at least.
