You can be fined, and in extreme cases you can be deported but, being undocumented does NOT make you a criminal. So in summation being here undocumented is NOT a crime regardless of what feel and also fuck your feelings.

I realize that you might FEEL that being undocumented SHOULD be a crime. However, your feelings and reality are not the same. Existing in a country without proper documentation is NOT a crime. It IS a violation of immigration laws, yes. However, you cannot be arrested.
