Please write to your councillors. Share your anger with them. They deserve it. Tell them how our strike day is impacting your child but more than that, tell them how their cuts are impacting your child. Tell them about the huge classes, the removal of specialist support, the falling attainment.

My older son is in S5. I don't want him missing school when he has Highers to prepare for. I'm sick we've been forced to this step. My colleagues and I don't do this lightly. It's our only recourse against these brutal cuts imposed on our city by Glasgow Councillors.
