As a former JW who considered myself a "nice person", I am begging you (especially never JW's) to STOP calling them nice.
I was not.
They are not.
Smiling, being engaging does NOT = Nice.

Spending my Sunday ignoring the dumpster fire that is America.
And instead being grateful I can cuddle my pups (Chuck & Betty), read comics & stream New Girl, instead of being at a Kingdom Hall.

Over the years I'd built a large following, but my goal was to provide help & a voice for others who'd been in a cult; not just for numbers.

Tonight I saw a sign (not realizing it was a church) & saw, "John" in bold but had a hard time seeing the second line.
"John Wick?" I muttered.
Getting closer I saw it was: "John 3:16".
I said, "Oh, well, two different guys killing people to 'save' others. Same diff, but one is more entertaining."
