For Texas Dems to leave the Texas State Capitol today they had to agree to go into DPS (police) custody and sign this “permission slip” or they weren’t allowed to leave. That’s why Rep.Nicole Collier is still in the Texas House Chambers.

State Rep for District 95 Nicole Collier is being held in the Texas State House against her will because she refused to sign an agreement to allow a DPS officer to escort her at all times.

She is the only person that refused to sign and if she tries to leave they will arrest her.

Carolyn Jackson, chief of security at Memphis City Schools, said I’m banned from all properties for my “behavior” at the school board meeting. This is not legal & Althea Greene is so afraid of opposing voices she’s silencing folks & threatening them w/ arrest.

The city ordinances I lead the organizing on passed and have taken effect. That means citizens have new rights in Memphis when it comes to traffic stops. These graphics break them down. Save and share these graphics with your folks. #KnowYourRights

Memphis School board chair Althea Greene issued notices to 3 people at the public board mtg today BANNING them from all MSCS properties w/ no reason given. Every time folks speak out & elected officials feel pressure they silence us. They got hella bad press in the last two weeks and got shook.
