Keeping in line with the previous incident, a drive-through penalty would've been imposed, but due to this penalty being post-race, a 60s time penalty was applied.

Then, blue flags were shown to Car #32, for Cars #96, #4, #7, #1, and #19 for
100.74 seconds (1.679 minutes), 186.66 seconds (3.111 minutes), 139.9 seconds (2.33 minutes), 36.43 seconds, and 2.02 seconds respectively.

Car #32 was shown the blue flag for Cars #4, #8 and #96, but did not move out of the way, which is his right. But Car #4 was behind Car #32 for 179.23 seconds (2.98 minutes), Car #8 was behind for 205.99 sec (3.43 min), and Car #96 was behind for 12.81 sec before a drive-through penalty was imposed.

Derek Edgerton was given two penalties for "ignoring blue flags". While the blue flag "rule" only exists inside of Formula 1, blue flags exist. As such, they will be enforced in a manner that is somewhat fair. Blue flags are shown when the "faster" car is within 1.2 seconds of the "slower" car.

Also, upon a re-review of the incident in qualifying involving Cars 15 and 255, Car 14 was given a penalty for ignoring yellow flags, which resulted in his spin.

Apologies for the low quality/framerate in some places. The track refreshes iRacing have been doing look great, but the optimization is horrible on these tracks. It was noticeable in Daytona as well, but Oulton Park's framerate seems to be worse.

Initially, Race Control marked a Lap 13 incident as "NO ACTION", as it only showed 1x on the race log. But upon review, Car #3 was alongside Car #12 going into turn 4, but Car #12 took the racing line, making contact and sending Car #3 onto the grass. Race Control gave Car #12 a 5s time penalty.
