Thoughts on QBs in the first round? Personally a great WR or RB can make or break your team and there is not a huge difference in points between top QBs and mid tier QBs. However their is a big point difference between top RB WRS vs mid tier TLDR; go for a RB or WR before jumping on big name QBs

The medical system cannot ethically be based in capitalism. Med companies get rich by swindling their workers who have to limit their ability to provide patients with the best care. People get sicker, workers get frustrated, companies get richer. They benefit from people being sick and staying sick!
