Honestly, same for friends in customer service. Weirdly grateful for entrenched regressive industries but I worry that means when it happens people will be less prepared vs more.

We underestimate how much of our collective foot-dragging on climate response is a direct result of experts, authorities and leaders of various kinds trying to the keep institutions they run focused on the problems they know how to work, rather than on climate discontinuities they don't understand.
