A healthy balance is wise. Read the news, pet a cat, laugh at a joke, sit alone and read for entertainment a bit. It can't be all anger and political strife, or you're going to lose your mind, your soul, and your will to live. You can't help fix things that way.

It is SO heartening to see in these deep red places. You can feel quite isolated, and now we know we are NOT alone, after all. ❤️

I was in Port Charlotte, too! Massive gathering for a small city. Peaceful, uplifting, friendly. This is one picture, but the line of people went much farther on each end, and there were crowds across the street, as well. We parked at the Taco shop. (So did a couple apparent Proud Boys. <snort>)

Mine, too, and I'm so proud! There were small town protests in the Greater Cincinnati area, as well. Batavia, Eastgate...likely lots more. My sister and BIL attended in Eastgate. ❤️🗽✌️🚫
