Drove out to the valley yesterday and it looked like spring! Sun, dead grass, snow only on the mountains. (I know it’s not though so I’m not going to get tricked!)

I made some good money babysitting that night! My folks sent me with a flashlight and walkie-talkie just in case!

This one has stuck with me too… but mostly because I read it when I was 11 or 12 and that was a little too young!
