Just ordinary THC, not that I wouldn't try other substances in small amounts. The inhaler the pulmonologist gave me was called Breo Ellipta. I used it for a couple months and my lungs improved. It also made me hoarse, so I was glad only a short course was needed.

A couple years ago I developed some inflammation in my lungs after using a disagreeable vape and had to use an inhaler meant for emphysema to clear it up. I've switched to microdosing edibles ever since. It's great and I've never looked back. Got to save those precious lungs!
