Okay, I might have to try this. I feel a little…sacrilegious wearing just shorts and a tee or tank, but it would help a lot.

I got a scholarship from a local women in ministry foundation, so I’m going to buy a linen one! I’d rather be slightly wrinkly and cool! Glad to know this does make a big difference!
