Dear Rebecca, you were sunshine. You were compassion and grit. A cruel, angry man is stomping his feet on a cardboard soapbox, spewing garbage and ugliness in the wake of your death. He was dropped, you see, as a baby and the caring part of his brain crumbled. Ignore his wretchedness.

I read this incredible work of historical fiction in one sitting. You've done it again, @lorettaellsworth! Another beautifully written book with the dearest protagonist and supporting cast. Paris, the French Resistance, and a mysterious bottle of wine. Who could ask for more? ❤️ Highly recommended.

I read this incredible work of historical fiction in one sitting. You've done it again, @lorettaellsworth! Another beautifully written book with the dearest protagonist and supporting cast. Paris, the French Resistance, and a mysterious bottle of wine. Who could ask for more? ❤️ Highly recommended.
Oh, I love this series! marcie Rendon has done it again - another terrific installment in the Cash Blackbear mysteries. This one releases March 2025. Be sure to mark your calendar!

What a page turner! I read this book over the weekend with a blanket on my lap and a warm dog at my side because BRRRRR!!! the Icelandic setting is so brutal and pervasive and such a key part of the story. Look for this when it releases this January. Wow!

A little something to tide you over. 😻
Loved this new book by Jason Reynolds. It's vintage Reynolds. His characters' actions, thoughts, feelings, and dialogue are spot on. But it's the way he plays with structure in his books that I really love. This is written in reverse chronology in specific increments of time. Genius!
