During these sessions, we discussed the importance of advocacy, public engagement opportunities via AIMBE, and other activities to help inform evidence-based policymaking.

We've had a productive conference trail this year and look forward to engaging more with everyone in 2026!

Today, Drs. Beraud and Marvin hosted an advocacy roundtable titled "The Importance of Advocacy in BME and Medical Research" @amsocmatbio.bsky.social which featured talks from @brianaguado.bsky.social (AIMBE Emerging Leader) and Dr. Jessica Wagenseil (AIMBE Fellow).

Yesterday, Drs. Beraud and Marvin and Sarah organized a networking event during the @amsocmatbio.bsky.social Meeting in Baltimore.

We were delighted to connect with nearly 20 AIMBE Fellows, Emerging Leaders, and Council Representatives over an evening of food and conversation 🍤
