The independence movement must unite. It's time to set aside egos and disagreements. A convention and a civic campaign organisation with a code of conduct as its foundation is essential.

The truth is rural areas want jobs and industry. They are not quaint retirement resorts for those from outside the area.

It's about building a better, more just society that works for the people, not for the elites.
