I broke my ankle at the top of a hill 3 miles up. my daughter had to go get some help which took a while. I was sat on a grass verge and a lovely couple came sat with me and shared their picnic with me. My ankle was so sore but they kept me laughing and it helped take my mind off it. 1/2

What if we stopped using weight as a measure of health, or at least pushed it to the low grounds and started thinking about how we feel as a measure of health ?

I have to remember to try and turn off whisper mode on Alexa. I swear when she whispers I have to be scraped off the roof! It's not relaxing/calming it's terrifying 😳
