For those who don't know what's happening here, script supervisors are often tasked with reading off-screen lines during shooting for the on-screen actors to react to. It occasionally ends in giggles because many of us are certified Not Actors and/or have to say the darnedest things for these roles.
I believe that’s the voice of Cosmo, the script supervisor on TNG. I don’t know how they ever kept a straight face 😂😂😂
