Ok jokes on me, I’m in a bit of a crash now

I’ve improved my rating by 100 over 90 days, I’m now 600 rated. 🥳🥳🥳

Oh you know what actually I have building pain in my wrists feet and knees. Ok maybe I need to slow down a bit. And if you’re wondering how I don’t notice the pain. It’s hard to take note of new pains when I’m always in pain. It’s only when the pain is debilitating that I really notice

I feel like a bit of an imposter now when I talk about my pain and fatigue. But realistically I should be happy that I’m able to do more now right? Not question whether the past five years of struggle was all in my head.
