It is common amongst the rich, who wish to invest, to spread their money over a number of small and start up businesses. I have contracted for a number of companies where the majority shareholder was such an investor. Most of their investments will fail. But they will be known for their successes.

An alternative to starting a trade war that could destroy the economy and ruin people's lives would be to tax the overly rich and use the money to subsidize and encourage production. But when being great is synonymous with rich people being richer, not an option.

Why are the lefties still crowing about the AOC & BS crowds in red districts? There always have been this many lefties in those places. It's just that they are an obvious minority. AOC & BS are unelectable. They have policies and well thought out positions. They're bringing poems to a knife fight.

I think the Blue states should be refunded the value of the tariffs from the Trump voting states. That way the taxes could be used to boost services rather than tax reductions for the rich. Anyone for a Civil War? Come on. You know you want one.
