These foolish cowards capitulated. How could anyone with even a single working synapse believe this admin will bargain in good faith? None of them should ever receive a Democrat, or thinking person's vote again. They have earned nothing but infamy, disdain, and disgrace for this failure.

At the pond on a nearly perfect morning, this guy prowled for breakfast. Black Necked Stilts live and breed here. I am thankful. #birds

Tassie is one of my favourite places on this planet, just getting off the plane and taking that 1st breath of the cleanest air on the planet, heading down to South Arm and spotting a Wedgie flying overhead. Gimme a Cascade or Gillespies Extra Zinga, heaven! Red Gummie, Mt. William NP, Bicheno

Before coming here, I had never seen a duck do this, but West Indian Whistling Ducks seem quite good at it. #birds

A while back I posted our, yet to be adopted by, kittens, here they are now at 12 weeks old! Harry (King Harald) and Odin. In the image with both Harry is facing camera. And Odin is facing camera in the image with Leo our 3y/o. All are Norwegian Forest Cats #cats

These are Royal Terns, the two in the air from "Over the Edge" on Grand Cayman's north side, the other on the Rum Point dock. As I watch the horrors brought on by 🦧 I take comfort in taking pictures in this great place and hope his incompetence prevents what could be even worse. #birds

Maverick and Snowball (Names subject to change) are 9 weeks old now and have gotten the necessary immunizations and will be formally adopting us on Saturday weather permitting. Uncle Leo is going to be surprised! #cats

Good Morning! Frigates like to perch on lampposts as well, didn't quite have the blue sky that day. #birds 🇰🇾

I am feeling bad because I ragged on texas when the thing I was referencing was in Tennessee. So here is the state bird of Texas, the Northern Mockingbird, looking like he's mocking me for my error! #birds

White Crowned Pigeon seen at the nearby pond. I grew up in NY where city pigeons (Rock Doves) were considered rats with wings and a nuisance but the White Crowned is looked upon quite favourably here. John James Audubon loved them, his watercolours in "Birds of America"(1827) made them famous #birds

Been distracted by the fall of democracy back in the states so haven't posted pics, here's an American who came for vacation last december. She's an American Kestrel, the smallest raptor in America, who landed in the tree next to our house maybe looking for the small lizards she preys upon. #birds

Looks awful similar! Nice work! A lot of shit is going to happen though as he tries desperately to keep the facts from the 91% of repubs who support him. Good luck Chicago and every other place or group he targets

Everything he does or his lackeys do now is to distract the rubes from the 500lb gorilla in the room.

This is a Brown Booby, He is cooling off high on Cayman Brac after bringing back food to his mate and their chick. The Brown Booby is tough, strong, rightfully proud, and a wonderful father and dedicated husband. In every way superior to that Orange Booby up in the states! #birds

I don't typically post critters other than Birds and Herps but here a baby Wombat that was orphaned and brought to my friends veterinary practice and then to this rehab in Tasmania.

Peregrine on a road sign, Long Island NY. His stare really makes him look like the incredible predator he is. In steep dives they are the fastest animal on the planet. Cool to see one posing like this #birds

Sometimes you just get lucky, even a hack like me if you keep snapping every once in a while you get one. Down at the local pond, Savannah, Grand Cayman #birds

A royal blue Cayman sky and a Royal Tern looking for his next meal. If they're flying about it may mean good fishing as they follow the bait fish. The Royals are the tern you'll see most often here, unlike the common, left, or no u's you see elsewhere. #birds

Even though these Northern Crested Caracara are most likely found near the ground foraging for carreon or engaging in kleptoparasitism they are the second largest species in the Falcon family. These guys were seen at Pico Bonito N.P. south of La Ceiba Honduras #birds

I saw someone had posted a Rad-Winged Blackbird a few days ago and found one I saw up on the south shore of Long Island NY. They are plentiful up there and will perch on the flimsiest of reeds, or beach grass. #birds

Yeah, I know who the speaker is, I also know this is a Woodstork, unlike MAGA I know no matter how much bronzer, no matter how many times it tells you, or it's toadies tell you, it's not a Bald Eagle, it's just an ugly ass old bird, and it wants money, gold, and power #birds @bsky.app is a refuge

These two little guys were born on July 4 and will be adopting us in September. They are Norwegian Forest Cats

Saw them do this at The American Indian Center, San Francisco in 1981, nice choice. I'm celebrating my liberty with a crabbies, and this bold Ching Ching, on Grand Cayman #birds

Probably the least common of the Herons we see here, this Little Blue Heron was on Cayman Brac. From a distance we thought maybe it was a Cuban Sandhill Crane which is rare indeed. #birds
