「えきねっと」があるからみどりの窓口を減らす→わかる
「えきねっと」は日本国内用サービスだから海外居住者は使えない→まぁわかる
海外居住者用に「JR-EAST Train Reservation」がある→わかる
でも日本語未対応→…なんで？
日本の地名とかローマ字表記だと紛らわしいんだよ…

いかにも観光地といった感じがしますが、ここのクッキーは普通に美味しい。すぐ近くまで地下鉄が来てるのでアクセスもずいぶん良くなりました。
