Agree, i also still find Claude 3.7 superior to Chatgpt 4.5, especially at reasoning and coding tasks.

I agree with you. I do think at some point there's going to be a tipping point where companies realise real conversations have to be reignited. AI screening AI resumes is clearly not the way, everyone loses.

My personal gripe is the LinkedIn matching algorithm... it's horrible, not to mention the CV farming going on and fake postings. My platform is only going to host valid roles from legitimate businesses and my smart matching is actually "smart" 😃 oh and no recruiters.

The current job market is very bad, especially in tech. I am lucky I don't need to look for another role (yet) but I am almost finished aijobsflow, I will only list validated roles from high-quality & innovative companies and startups. Smart matching and alerts to your inbox completed. Next is AI

Agree. As fun as it is building something, it's important to try and not sacrifice too much special family time in the process.
