As a lifelong Brewers fan I can only say that it took a billion dollar team to beat them. I also dream how things might have been different had Adames been resigned or if they had won the Suarez sweepstakes.
As for Ohtani, he’s Babe Ruth. Actually he’s better than Babe Ruth. Respect.

Agreed. My answer is I don’t think enough money can be raised by the grass roots (people like me) beyond winning a local election or two. An army of volunteers is just as if not more difficult. The new “party” would need a wealthy benefactor(s) and yet not be controlled by said benefactors.

I would have to hear more to donate. Personally I think money is THE problem with our politics and I don’t want to contribute to the problem. However, I see no other way to solve the problem in our country today. I do believe that you and I want very similar things for our country.
